The team is committed to professional service, transparent processes, and helping clients make informed real estate decisions.Role Description The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for managing client relationships, guiding buyers, sellers, and renters through property transactions, and promoting available listings. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, responding to inquiries, negotiating offers, preparing and reviewing contracts, and ensuring a positive client experience. The agent will collaborate with internal teams to keep listings updated, follow company processes, and stay informed about market trends and pricing. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, requiring regular interaction with clients and properties in the area.QualificationsStrong Real Estate Sales skills with a proven ability to close deals and meet targets.Relevant Real Estate License and solid knowledge of real estate regulations and practices.Customer Service experience with a focus on building trust, handling inquiries, and maintaining long-term client relationships.Background in Real Estate and Sales, including property marketing, negotiation, and transaction management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in-person and over phone or digital channels.Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, manage a flexible schedule, and travel to properties as needed.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple listings and clients simultaneously.Familiarity with real estate CRM tools, online listing platforms, and basic computer applications.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
