We currently have 40+ employees in Alexandria and are looking to expand our team.Role Description:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Geodetic / Architectural CAD Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on preparing geodetic and architectural site plans (situations) and technical documentation for urban planning and construction permit procedures.Duties and Responsibilities:· Preparation of geodetic and architectural site plans for urban permits· Drafting and editing technical drawings in AutoCAD and related software· Coordination of project documentation with architects, engineers, and surveyors· Preparation of documentation for municipal and urban planning authorities· Verification of measurements, cadastral data, and project layouts· Organizing and maintaining project documentation and CAD standardsRequirements:· Must be able to work from our Alexandria office (on-site position).
