Job DescriptionJob description includes but is not limited to the following:Team leading technical work drawingsReview DrawingsCoordinate with ConsultantsSetting goals and targets for each work phaseDeveloping project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Job RequirementsExperience:10-15 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years specifically as a project manager.Previous experience with hotel projects is considered a plus.Education:Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from a reputable institution.Skills & Abilities:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Arabic.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.Proven design skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.Proficient in project management, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Technical Proficiency:Required: Excellent command of AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.Required: Extensive experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, particularly Revit.Preferred: Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
