Our portfolio spans infrastructure, commercial, residential, and governmental sectors, supported by a culture of technical excellence and innovation.Job Purpose The Architecture Design Engineer – Working Drawings is responsible for preparing detailed architectural working drawings and construction documents in accordance with approved concepts, project specifications, codes, and standards, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and coordination with other disciplines.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed architectural working drawings, details, sections, and schedules for construction.Convert approved concept and schematic designs into accurate construction drawings.Develop architectural details for finishes, joinery, doors, windows, and interfaces.Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and civil disciplines to avoid clashes.Review coordinated drawings and resolve technical conflicts.Support BIM or CAD coordination processes when applicable.Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, local building codes, and international standards.Apply quality control procedures to architectural documentation.Update drawings based on comments, revisions, and site feedback.Respond to technical queries and design clarifications from site and other teams.Assist in reviewing shop drawings and material submittals related to architectural scope.Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and approvals.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in ArchitectureMinimum 2–6 years of experience in architectural working drawingsExperience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projectsExperience in consultancy or construction environments is preferredStrong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction methodsProficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM experience is an advantage)Ability to read and interpret architectural specifications and codesStrong coordination and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyProblem-solving and time management skillsGood command of English
