Our expertise spans design, project management, construction supervision, and more, supported by a culture of excellence and innovation.Job Summary:To supervise and monitor all landscape construction activities on-site, ensuring that works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, quality standards, and health & safety requirements. The role is responsible for coordinating with contractors, reviewing landscape installations, and ensuring successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and inspect landscape construction works, including hardscape, softscape, irrigation, water features, outdoor furniture, and site amenities.Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, contract requirements, and industry standards.Monitor contractor performance and progress against approved schedules.Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and samples related to landscape works.Verify quantities and evaluate completed works for progress payment certifications.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.Identify non-conforming works and issue site instructions or non-conformance reports as required.Monitor testing and commissioning activities related to irrigation systems and landscape installations.Ensure that landscape materials, plants, and equipment meet approved standards and project requirements.Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, MEP engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.Attend progress meetings and prepare technical reports on project status.Resolve site-related technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.Track project progress and identify potential delays or risks.Ensure timely completion of landscape activities within project milestones.Maintain accurate records of inspections, site instructions, approvals, and project documentation.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture, Agricultural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.Professional certifications in landscape construction or project management are an advantage.Minimum 8–12 years of experience in landscape construction and site supervision.Proven experience in large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, or infrastructure projects.Previous experience with engineering consultancy firms is preferred.Strong knowledge of landscape construction methodologies and materials.Experience in hardscape, softscape, irrigation systems, and water features.Familiarity with international standards and best practices related to landscape works.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
