El Salam for Contracting & General Supplying is looking to hire:- Architecture Site Technical Office Engineer. Work Location: North Coast-Job Description:-Creating detailed architectural shop drawings based on design documents, including plans, sections, and details for execution.-Coordinating architectural plans with structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings to identify clashes.-Reviewing and managing project specifications, contracts, and RFI (Request for Information) logs.-Performing material take-offs, preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and verifying material technical compliance.-Providing technical support to site engineers to solve design conflicts and ensuring construction aligns with approved shop drawings.Job Requirements:-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.-Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is standard, along with Microsoft Office Suite.-Experience: From 3-5 years of previous experience in a technical office setting, including knowledge of construction techniques and material specifications.-Work Location: North coast (Alex Residence is preferred)-For interested candidates, submit your resumes at omar.yasser@elsalam-construction.com or WhatsApp (01111831342).
