El Salam for Contracting and General Supplying is seeking to hire:Electrical Foreman-Key Responsibilities:* Supervise and execute all electrical works (Power – Control – Low Current) in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.* Follow up and direct technicians, helpers, and direct labor to ensure completion of required tasks.* Prepare and review subcontractors’ invoices and progress payments in coordination with the Project Electrical Engineer.* Monitor subcontractors’ performance and verify executed quantities.* Coordinate with site engineers to review drawings and resolve execution issues.* Prepare material take-offs, issue material requests, and follow up procurement and delivery with stores and purchasing departments.* Ensure all delivered materials comply with approved technical specifications.* Prepare daily manpower reports and submit them to the concerned engineer.* Prepare daily productivity reports and compare actual progress against the project schedule.* Follow up electrical maintenance works related to site services and generators.* Ensure compliance with site Health & Safety regulations and procedures.-Requirements* Education: Intermediate or higher qualification, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related field.* Experience: 4-6 years of experience in electrical Foreman within major construction projects.Required Skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for preparing manpower reports, productivity tracking, and material take-offs.* Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and technical schematics.* Strong team management and supervision skills for technicians and subcontractors.* Good coordination skills with technical offices, warehouses, and procurement departments.-For interested candidates submit your resumes at anas.magdy@elsalam-construction.com or onWhatsApp (01111786522), please do not hesitate to mention the job title in the subject line.Good luck to all of you.
