A collaborative, professional team ensures high-quality outcomes for projects of all sizes, from individual fit-outs to large-scale developments.Role Description the Architecture Technical Office role is a full-time, on-site position based in 10th of Ramadan. The team member will prepare, review, and coordinate architectural technical drawings, shop drawings, and detailed documentation in line with project specifications and codes. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with design, structural, and MEP teams to resolve technical issues, supporting tender preparation, and assisting with quantity take-offs and technical submittals. The role also involves responding to site inquiries, updating drawings based on site conditions or client comments, and ensuring alignment between design intent and construction execution. The Architecture Technical Office professional will maintain organized project records and contribute to continuous improvement of technical standards and workflows.QualificationsStrong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate design intent into precise technical documents.Experience in Solution Architecture and Integration within multidisciplinary project environments.Effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools) and familiarity with applicable building codes and standards.Previous experience in a technical office or design coordination role, preferably within an engineering consultancy.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Ability to work on-site in 10th of Ramadan and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.Bachelor's degree in Architecture.6–8 years of experience in architectural technical office roles within engineering consultancy or construction companies.Strong knowledge of shop drawings, coordination drawings, and construction details.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office.Experience with BIM coordination is an advantage.Excellent understanding of architectural standards, specifications, and building codes.Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
