Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in 10th of Ramadan for a Surveyor position. The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting land and building surveys to collect accurate measurements and data. Responsibilities include preparing detailed reports, marking boundaries, assessing land features, and calculating dimensions and elevations. The Surveyor will also collaborate with project teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate measurements and smooth execution of projects. Adherence to safety and regulatory standards is vital to the role. Qualifications Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and tools, including GPS equipment, theodolites, and other measuring devicesExperience in data collection, mapping, and preparation of detailed survey reportsAnalytical skills for interpreting survey results and calculating accurate measurementsProficiency in CAD software, GIS systems, and other relevant technical toolsStrong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, and project teamsProblem-solving skills and attention to detail to manage technical challenges and deliver precise workKnowledge of safety and regulatory compliance related to surveying and constructionBachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related fieldPrior experience in a similar role, particularly within engineering consultancy or construction projects, is an advantageGood organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively
