You’ll guide designers, collaborate with the marketing team, and ensure every piece of work reflects both innovation and strategic clarity.Location: Lebanon Square, Giza, EgyptEmployment Type: Full-time, On-siteKey ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor the design team, fostering growth and creativity.Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts and campaigns.Oversee brand identity development and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.Collaborate with content creators and account managers to deliver integrated solutions.Present creative ideas to clients with confidence and clarity.Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies.Qualifications7+ years of experience in design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, and creative direction.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with motion/UX design tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to balance creativity with strategic business objectives.
