The professional in this position will be responsible for providing expert guidance, conducting project assessments, delivering tailored recommendations, and ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements. Key duties include fostering strong client relationships, providing insight on improvements, and helping implement innovative solutions to ensure the success of assigned projects. Qualifications Extensive experience in project management, general contracting, or related fields.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.Knowledge in sustainable development practices and compliance standards.Proficiency in relevant technical tools and platforms for project documentation and assessment.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain accountability for deadlines.Experience in Saudi Arabian market or similar regional markets is an advantage.Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
