At SODIC, we are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to lead and oversee Facilities Management operations across our residential communities, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality living environments while protecting our assets and enhancing resident satisfaction. We're looking to hire FM Managers across East, West & North Coast Areas.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all Facilities Management operations, including hard services (MEP, civil works, utilities, vertical transportation) and soft services (cleaning, landscaping, waste management, pest control and security coordination).Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize asset performance and lifecycle.Ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs and supports a high standard of community living and resident satisfaction.Manage annual FM budgets, monitor expenditures, validate invoices and control costs to ensure financial efficiency.Oversee contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance, quality standards and performance KPIs are consistently achieved.Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, civil defense requirements and all statutory obligations.Lead emergency preparedness, incident management and business continuity planning activities.Collaborate closely with Community Management, Customer Care, Security, Finance, Procurement, Legal and other stakeholders to enhance operational performance and resident experience.Drive sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives while leveraging CAFM systems and performance dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.Lead, coach, and develop FM teams to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil).6–8 years of experience within large reputable organizations.Previous experience within a reputable real estate developer is highly preferred.Strong understanding of Facilities Management operations, including MEP systems, maintenance planning, contractor management and service delivery.Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and operational performance management.Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Facilities Management software (CMMS/CAFM).Familiarity with AutoCAD and Energy Management Systems is an advantage.Good command of the English language.
