The Business Relations Lead will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to support the company’s strategic objectives. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, supporting sales initiatives, and contributing to business development plans. The role involves coordinating and attending client meetings, preparing presentations and proposals, and ensuring a high standard of service and responsiveness. The Business Relations Lead will also collaborate with leadership to provide feedback from the market, support training efforts for team members on relationship management best practices, and track performance metrics related to client satisfaction and revenue growth.Qualifications Strong Business Relations and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.Excellent Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, ideally within real estate, property development, or a related sector.Experience in Training or coaching team members on client-facing and relationship-building best practices.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret market data and client feedback.Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across departments.Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office (or similar productivity software) is preferred.
