This is a strategic leadership position responsible for supporting the development and execution of human resources initiatives, fostering a positive organizational culture, and driving employee engagement across the company. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with senior leadership to enhance our people practices and contribute to building a thriving workplace environment.Develop and implement human resources strategies and programs that align with organizational goals and support employee developmentOversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes to ensure we attract and retain top talentManage employee relations activities, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiativesDesign and execute organizational development programs to strengthen company culture and employee satisfactionAnalyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend process improvementsEnsure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies across all HR functionsCollaborate with department leaders to customize HR solutions that address specific business needsCoordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and career path advancementMaintain and optimize HRIS systems and HR documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibilitySupport the Director of People & Culture in strategic planning and execution of culture-building initiativesPrepare HR reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management reviewQualificationsMinimum 5 years of progressive human resources experience in a corporate environmentProven expertise in employee relations, recruitment, and talent managementStrong knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and organizational policiesDemonstrated experience with performance management systems and processesProficiency with HRIS platforms and HR analytics toolsExcellent project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyStrong analytical abilities with experience interpreting HR data and metricsExceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage diverse audiencesAdvanced interpersonal and relationship-building skillsExperience in organizational development and change managementKnowledge of compensation, benefits, and employee wellness programsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentStrategic thinking with a visionary approach to culture developmentPreferred: Background in training and development or employee engagement program designPreferred: Experience in a multinational or fast-growing organization
