Senior HR Generalist

About the Role:We are seeking a versatile and experienced Senior HR Generalist / Specialist to oversee and manage our end-to-end HR operations. With 5 years of comprehensive HR experience, the ideal candidate will act as a core support function, bridging the gap between business needs and human resources management.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily HR operations including personnel administration, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws.- Supervise attendance tracking, leave management, and coordinate with the payroll team.- Act as a trusted advisor to line managers, providing HR guidance and resolving employee relations issues.- Maintain accurate HR data, prepare operational reports (HR Metrics), and drive employee engagement initiatives.Requirements:- 5+ years of solid experience as an HR Generalist, HRBP, or HR Specialist.- Strong knowledge of all HR modules (Recruitment, Personnel, Employee Relations, and Payroll background).- Deep understanding of local labor laws and regulations.- Excellent cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis (Advanced Excel / HRIS).- Experience working within multinational environments or structured organizations (Matrix Structure) is highly preferred.- Fluency in English is required
