The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for a variety of roles across the organization. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, creating and posting job descriptions, and maintaining an efficient, candidate-centric recruitment workflow. The role will support employer branding initiatives, represent iQor at hiring events, and help build talent pipelines for current and future needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also maintain accurate recruitment data, track metrics, and ensure all hiring activities conform to internal policies and local labor regulations.Qualifications Strong full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.Proficiency in interviewing techniques and experience partnering with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.Experience supporting hiring activities and workforce planning to meet volume and specialized hiring needs.Knowledge of employer branding practices and the ability to promote iQor’s value proposition in the talent market.Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, with strong attention to data accuracy. Fluency in English is a MUST! B2/C1Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.Understanding of fair hiring practices and local labor laws in Egypt.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Previous experience in BPO, CX, or high-volume recruiting is preferred.
