Provide data to deepen customer and prospect knowledge. Facilitate and enable Retail and SME business managers to understand product ownership and customer behavior. Support in Strategic Business Planning and Analysis for RBG and SME and to Develop the annual Financial P&L Plan for all RBG and SME products Support in Strategic Business Planning and Analysis for Neo and Digital Channels and to Develop the annual Financial P&L Plan for all Neo and Digital Channels products Insure that the Retail, SME and Neo business achieve the targets through monitoring all business drivers Perform Market analysis, Macro/Microeconomic indicators analysis and RBG Data mining. Perform analysis on Neo and Digital Channels customer’s performance in order to maximize customer value Perform monthly analysis on Neo and Digital Channels profitability by product in order to support the business with customer pricing decisions. Evaluate Business proposals for Neo Campaigns To support Head of Retail Banking –Egypt and the Head of SME in Strategic Business Planning for RBG, SME and Neo & in implementation of key strategic decisions related to products and segments, and to Develop the annual Financial P&L Plan for all RBG, SME and Neo products and insure that the business achieve the targets through monitoring all business drivers. Perform Market analysis, Macro/Microeconomic indicators analysis and RBG Data mining. In addition to supporting the Head of Retail Banking and the Head of SME in preparing for the business performance reviews with the Head Office senior management. Assist in various Retail Banking, SME and Neo projects Assist Head of RBG and Head of SME with monthly financial reviews and inputs on Opportunities and Risks. Perform valid and reliable market analysis and research Create and monthly update a Digital Dashboard to track the performance of all Digital and Alternative Channels.Creation, development and maintenance of physical and logical database models for existing customers, prospect customers, employers and prospect customers - document and define key fields and manage adhoc queries, either in-house or in coordination with TSD.Qualitative and quantitative analysis of campaigns and business generated through them.Insightful database analysis, both for MIS and for supporting marketing campaigns.Monitor and take corrective action to ensure enhancement of data quality.Develop / acquire and manage de-duplication software for the prospect databases.Generate, standardize, automate and disseminate adhoc and periodic MIS reports.Develop Annual P&L Plan and mid-year forecast for Retail Business, SME and Neo BusinessEvaluate Business proposals for Retail, SME and Neo BusinessesQuick TAT with adequate analysisAssist with inputs on performance from all channels and segments for Retail, Neo and SMEPublish of weekly summary Product / Channel performance for Egypt.Monthly review of product, segment and channel performance for Retail, Neo and SME ProductsMonitor the performance against Plans and Targets for Retail, Neo and SME BusinessesTo provide analytical support to Egypt Retail Banking, Neo and SME business for ongoing business decisions by using the various Management reports published by Finance and analytical reports published by BIU for Egypt RBGReview business initiatives; analyze their commercial implication and taking part in decision making with the business managementPerform valid and reliable market analysis and researchResearch and analyze Macro/Micro Economic indicatorsDevelop data mining scope of work for RBGFacilitate and enable Retail, Neo and SME business managers to understand product ownership and customer behavior.Support in Strategic Business Planning and Analysis for RBG, Neo and SME and to Develop the annual Financial P&L Plan for all RBG and SME productsInsure that the Retail, Neo and SME business achieve the targets through monitoring all business driversPerform Market analysis, Macro/Microeconomic indicators analysis and RBG Data mining.To support Head of Retail Banking –Egypt and the Head of SME in Strategic Business Planning for RBG, Neo and SME & in implementation of key strategic decisions related to products and segments, and to Develop the annual Financial P&L Plan for all RBG and SME products and insure that the business achieve the targets through monitoring all business drivers. In addition to supporting the Head of Retail Banking and the Head of SME in preparing for the business performance reviews with the Head Office senior management.Assist in various Retail Banking, Neo and SME projectsAssist Head of RBG and Head of SME with monthly financial reviews and inputs on Opportunities and RisksGraduate in Accounting/EconomicsFrom 5 to 8 years of experience in databases, SQL programming, OLAP tools, front-end development tools and common desktop packages, such as MS Office, etc. of which at least two years exposure to retail banking is a must.SQL Server – System Administration and implementing databases.Excellent knowledge of databases and programming in different platforms and environments.Sound knowledge of Financial analysis and Planning, accounting and portfolio management, with high analytical skills to transform data into meaningful information for decision making.Excellent attitude and a team player.
