We're Hiring | Technical Support Specialist (Test Center Operations)Location: October Company: National Education Network (NEN)Employment Type: Full-timeSalary Range: EGP 13,000 – 15,000 Gross (Based on qualifications and experience)About the RoleNational Education Network (NEN) is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical and operational support within our Test Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of technical systems, supporting examination activities, and assisting the Test Center Administration Team Leader with daily operational tasks.Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.• 1–2 years of experience in Technical Support, Help Desk, Operations, Administration, or a similar role.• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, printers, and network troubleshooting.• English proficiency at B1 level or above.• Strong communication and organizational skills.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).• Experience in educational institutions, training centers, or test centers is an advantage.• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, or MCSA are an advantage.Key Responsibilities• Provide first-line technical support for computers, printers, networks, and software applications.• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during examinations and daily operations.• Prepare and configure examination rooms, devices, and technical equipment before test sessions.• Support the Test Center Administration Team Leader in coordinating daily operational activities.• Assist in scheduling, documentation, reporting, and record management.• Coordinate with candidates and internal departments regarding examination requirements and procedures.• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance requirements.• Ensure compliance with test center policies, procedures, and quality standards.• Escalate technical and operational issues when necessary.To ApplyPlease send your CV to: hr@nen-global.orgWhatsApp (Text Only): 01275842400Email Subject: Technical Support Specialist
