With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.Strategically plan and manage logistics or internal operationsCreating adequate team structure and managing various operational teamsManaging the team’s efficiency and cohesionSupervise, coach and train workforceCreating an unparalleled environment for your team’s development and happinessScaling the team and the processes to support the growth of the companyRevamping processes: Challenging established processes and implementing new processes to adapt to the fast growth of NoonEnsuring the quality of the measurement of selected KPIs hourly, daily, weekly and monthlyKeep track of quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs and efficiencyManaging day to day operationsDirect, optimize and coordinate full order cycleResolve any arising problems or complaintsMeet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targetsWorking closely with the Noon’s central team to share and implement global best practicesWhat you’ll need:Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or a similar roleMinimum 4 years of experience in E-commerce in a related fieldStrong experience in working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve organization financial performance.Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Develop project & program work plan and ensure compliance with relevantStakeholders.Recruit, lead and build a high-performance Project and Program team with ongoing performance reviews.Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment and establish harmonious and effective working relationships both within and outside the organization.Promote efficient and effective logistics & supply chain management & processes.Analytical ability (e.g., pivot tables, lookup functions) to gather and interpret data to further develop, recommend and implement solutionsWho will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
