Lead, Media Operation

We are seeking an experienced Media Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of the Media Operations team, ensuring efficient execution of media processing workflows while maintaining the highest quality standards. This role is responsible for leading a team of Media Operators, managing production capacity, driving operational excellence, and supporting strategic initiatives that improve workflow efficiency and service delivery.Team Leadership & Performance ManagementLead, coach, and manage a team of approximately of Media Operators working across multiple shiftsConduct regular one-to-one meetings to provide coaching, feedback, and performance supportDevelop and implement individual development plans (IDPs) for each team memberMonitor team performance, productivity, quality, and operational KPIsFoster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team cultureOperations ManagementManage workforce planning, shift coverage, leave scheduling, and resource allocationPerform capacity planning to optimize resources and meet production demandsPrepare production reports, operational dashboards, and performance metricsCoordinate with the Traffic team to prioritize, assign, and monitor daily production tasksEnsure operational processes are followed while maintaining quality standards and SLAsProcess Improvement & ProjectsLead transition projects including system migrations and workflow enhancement initiativesIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and productivitySupport implementation of new tools, systems, and best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project deliveryQuality & ComplianceEnsure adherence to company quality standards, security policies, and operational proceduresSupport issue resolution and escalation managementPromote continuous improvement across the departmentRequirementsBachelor's degree in Media, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field5-7 years of experience in media operations or post-productionMinimum 2 years of leadership experienceStrong understanding of digital media workflows, video/audio assets, metadata, artwork, and subtitle processingHands-on experience with Adobe Premiere ProExperience in workforce planning, capacity planning, and production reportingExperience leading operational improvement and transition projectsGood written and spoken EnglishBenefitsAt Pixelogic, we pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and engaging environment.
