This role combines operational excellence with strong leadership to drive productivity, safety, and team engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesOperationalOversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch.Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts/audits.Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet production and customer schedules.Ensure compliance with Nestlé’s safety, quality, and environmental standards.Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Monitor KPIs such as stock accuracy, order fulfillment, and delivery timelines.LeadershipSupervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback.Develop shift schedules and allocate resources effectively.Conduct performance evaluations and set clear KPIs.Promote Nestlé’s values of integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Effective leadership and team management abilities.Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making (Using Power BI and MS Power Apps is a plus)QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or related field (preferred).3 to 5 years of warehouse/factory operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Certification in warehouse safety or logistics management is an advantage.
