Its strategic location and modern services make it a sought-after venue for corporate meetings, family functions, and short stays near the airport.Role Description The Assistant PR & Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Radisson Blu Hotel, Cairo Heliopolis in Cairo, Egypt. This role supports the planning and execution of public relations and marketing activities that promote the hotel’s brand, services, and events across local and regional markets. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with the creation of press materials, coordinating media outreach, managing social media and digital content calendars, and supporting the development of marketing campaigns and promotional offers. The role also involves liaising with internal departments to gather information and stories, maintaining PR and media databases, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring brand standards are consistently applied across all communication channels. The Assistant PR & Marketing Manager collaborates closely with the sales, events, and operations teams to maximize visibility, drive occupancy, and enhance the guest experience.QualificationsStrong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with journalists, influencers, and key external stakeholders.Experience drafting and editing Press Releases and related PR materials aligned with brand voice and messaging.Excellent Communication and Strategic Communications abilities, including clear written and verbal communication in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Background in marketing or hospitality marketing, with familiarity in digital and social media channels and basic content creation.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Comfort working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and engaging professionally with guests, partners, and vendors.Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
