With its combination of comfort, service, and business-friendly amenities, the hotel is a key destination in the Heliopolis area.Role Description The People & Culture Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at Radisson Blu Hotel, Cairo Heliopolis in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, performance management processes and offboarding. The person in this position will help implement People & Culture policies, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards. Daily tasks include responding to team member inquiries, preparing HR documentation, supporting payroll and benefits administration, and coordinating employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs. The People & Culture Supervisor will work closely with department leaders to promote a positive workplace culture, drive hotel values, and support a safe, inclusive, and respectful work environment.QualificationsStrong HR operations skills, including experience with employee records, HR documentation, and basic payroll and benefits coordination.Experience in talent acquisition activities such as job posting, screening, interview coordination, and supporting onboarding processes.Knowledge of performance management, learning and development coordination, and employee engagement or recognition programs.Familiarity with local labor laws, HR compliance practices, and workplace health and safety standards in Egypt or the region.Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams and levels.Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office and HRIS or similar systems.Previous experience in hospitality or service-oriented environments is highly desirable.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or local equivalents) are an advantage.Proficiency in English and Arabic, both spoken and
