For Al Fayyum Site - Logistica A DP World CompanyJob Purpose: Ensuring that products, services, and processes meet company quality standards and customer expectations and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities :Reports to the QA manager on the outcome of any internal or external audit executed.Ensure that all sites keep updated to GMP/GDP in all detail.Responsible for the preparation of the different audit plans, participating in audit execution and reporting.Manage external audits on sitesCoordinate with the Quality Manager on the weekly tasks and the yearly plan for compliance.Participate in internal and external audits and suppliers’ qualifications.Follow up on implementation of the corrective and preventive actions CAPA.Ensure that the quality system is applied in the company and to the stakeholders to comply with the GMP/GDP. Identify risk to which the company is exposed or can realistically be expected to be exposed. Member of the internal audit team for all company departments according to standards, rules, and regulations. Risk and control committee member. Responsible for customer complaint handling and ensuring that the proper corrective actions were taken to prevent repeatability of non-compliance. Evaluates the performance and monitors the achievement of the KPIs, targets, and objectives. Recommend changes in procedures, standards, test methods, and equipment to improve quality. Create, manage, and verify the conformity of all documents regarding the quality system.Research, train, and assist in compliance with government, third-party, and customer requirements and compliance with good manufacturing practices.Assists in managing, and maintaining updated documentation Contributes to the training department to define the training needs for employees. Trains QA employees and plant employees on quality policy. Support and comply with all quality management systems, continuous improvement programs, food safety, employee safety, and preventative maintenance programs.Follow all company policies and procedures. Ensuring compliance with all related standards, ex: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 28000, ISO 22000, and PCI, CP, rules, regulations, and governmental laws. Member in the internal food safety audit teamComply with IMS policy, standards, IMS objectives, and training.Report any incidents (accidents or near misses). participate in relevant risk assessmentsComply with environmental management’s standards, objectives, and training. Report immediately any environmental incident.Qualifications & Experience :-Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or scienceMinimum 8 Years of experience in same filedFood safety understanding and knowledge ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018 awareness.NFSA requirement awarenessHACCP & PRP UnderstandingCCP and OPRP UnderstandingPest control UnderstandingMicrosoft office skillsFluent in writing & reading English.Time Management, Analytical skillsCommunication skillsProject managementLeadership skillsPreferable Giza or Fayoum residents
