Managing the R&D projects portfolio from the generation of ideas to the launch of breakthrough innovations on the market.What You Will Do In Your RoleAssist in developing scientific and technical solutions to create products that meet consumer expectations and comply with relevant regulations.Support the execution of R&D projects, from concept through prototyping and product validation to market launch.Coordinate the formulation, testing, and documentation of prototypes on lab and pilot scale, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.Support the Product Development Manager in qualifying new ingredients, packaging, and processes.Participate in technology transfer activities, ensuring smooth handovers from R&D to manufacturing.Monitor project timelines and provide updates on progress, risks, and resource needs.Assist in troubleshooting product or process-related issues and contribute to implementing technical solutions.. Participate in reformulation or product renovation efforts aimed at cost optimization and productivity improvement.Ensure documentation is up to date, including formulations, trial reports, and risk assessments.Act as a liaison between R&D and cross-functional teams (e.g., QA, marketing, supply chain, manufacturing) to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.Support the development and maintenance of laboratory and pilot plant facilities and equipment.Contribute to monthly project reporting and assist in maintaining a global risk analysis overview.Lead small-scale R&D initiatives under the supervision of the Product Development Manager.Participate in daily and weekly team meetings to ensure effective communication and alignment of priorities. Mentor junior R&D staff and promote good laboratory practice and safety standards. What You Will Bring To The Role Academic and Professional Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in food science, Dairy Science, Chemical Engineering or related field . Experience 0-1 years’ experience in research and development in Dairy or Beverages. Excellent Communication and Planning skills. Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in technical and laboratory settings. Demonstrated ability to take initiative and contribute to team success in an R&D environment.
