JOB TITLEAssociate Manager - People & Organisation | MAF Global Solutions | Majid Al Futtaim Global SolutionsRole SummaryThe Associate Manager – People & Organisation supports the delivery of HR initiatives and day-to-day people operations, partnering with managers and employees to manage employee lifecycle processes, provide guidance on HR policies, and help implement talent and engagement programs in alignment with organizational goals.ROLE PROFILEP&O Operations: Support the execution of HR initiatives and employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance with policies, timelines, and organizational standards.Business Partnering: Serve as a first point of contact for managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, resolving routine people matters, and escalating complex issues when needed.Talent Management & Development: Coordinate performance, talent, and succession processes, support development plans, and facilitate training initiatives.Employee Experience & Engagement: Execute engagement programs, coordinate employee surveys, track action plans, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.Organizational & Workforce Support: Maintain organizational data, support restructuring and workforce planning activities, and ensure accurate HR documentation.Talent Acquisition & Rewards: Assist with recruitment, interview coordination, hiring processes, merit cycles, promotions, salary reviews, and collaboration with Total Rewards.Employee Relations & HR Analytics: Handle employee queries, support employee relations cases, maintain HR data integrity, prepare reports and dashboards, and provide insights for decision-making.Projects & Continuous Improvement: Support and drive HR projects, implement process improvements, standardize procedures, and enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.Requirements5-7 years of experience in HR.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related fieldSAP SuccessFactors experience is preferred.Team player, Agility, and Stakeholder management .What We OfferAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
