We are seeking a full-time Associate – Senior RDD Manager to oversee the tenant fit-out process onsite within the Property Management department. We are seeking a conscientious and driven professional to join our thriving Property Management team, based across the East and West sides, where flexibility and a proactive, can-do attitude are essential. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing property operations and delivering high-quality outcomes within a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute Tenant Coordination processes, procedures and standards for management, quality and efficiency in tenant’s design, construction and life safety.Work closely with property manager, operations and leasing to coordinate the tenant construction process and facilitate timely construction projects.Work with Leasing to provide support and develop the relationships necessary to handle all of the tenant’s fit-out requirements.Know, enforce and update the company technical specifications.Establish the conceptual budget for tenants where landlord work is involved.Coordinate any changes to the base building design with construction.Maintain an ongoing and comprehensive project tenant schedule.Supervise the consultants for tenant construction projects.Direct and manage the tenant plan check and permit process.Supervise all tenant contractors on the project.Coordinate all tenant preconstruction meetings and construction meetings.Coordinate all tenant tie-ins to landlord system.Coordinate tenant schedules and design with development, design and construction where necessary to ensure smooth flow of timely delivery and completion of tenant spaces.Close-out tenant construction projects by providing legal department with all documents, fees, charges, lien wavers, balance reports, as built and other construction related items necessary for legal to close out projects and return tenant allowances.Work hand-in-hand with the scheme personnel to review all tenant drawings and coordinate the tenant construction process.Keep master copies of documents that are sent to tenants, contractors, architects, etc. such as the tenant criteria handbook and contractor’s rules and regulations.Communication and ability to offer common sense solutions to complex issues.Skills, Knowledge And ExperienceAt least 8 years in Retail design & delivery.Bachelor’s degree in design, Architecture.Strong project management and coordination skillsExcellent stakeholder management (tenants, contractors, consultants, internal teams)Hands-on experience managing tenant fit-out or refurbishment projectsExposure to commercial or mixed-use property portfoliosKnowledge of building regulations, health & safety, and compliance standardsBasic financial understanding (budgets, costs, variations, reconciliations)Location: East / WestOver 42,000 people work for us in more than 700 offices all over the world.
