Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Cairo, Egypt, for an Attracting Talents position. The responsibilities include identifying and engaging with potential candidates through various sourcing channels, managing recruitment pipelines, and providing a seamless candidate experience. The role entails collaborating with team leads to define role requirements, creating effective outreach strategies, and maintaining a strong employer brand. The role also involves analyzing industry trends and recruitment metrics to optimize talent acquisition strategies.
