Please apply only if you are willing to relocate to Erbil.Salary Range: $2700 - $3200Role Purpose: Establishing and implementation of the planned maintenance program across technical department functions (Process, Filling, and Utilities), in addition to Facilities Management and technical support tasks.Key Accountabilities & Activities:Planned Maintenance management: documentation, implementation, services/spares preparation, and issuing work orders.Lead building maintenance team for timely and cost-efficient maintenance activities.Coordinate and assist in installation and qualification of new equipment to ensure quality and timely commissioning.Implement and maintain all program requirements: Damwise, ISO 9002, HACCP, PRP, Damaway, Neptune & FSI.Lead planning of preventive maintenance of all plant equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations.Lead corrective maintenance of all plant equipment to minimize production downtime.Prepare and track the maintenance budget to minimize cost.Lead spare-parts inventory management to maintain efficient inventory levels.Provide training and development opportunities to all maintenance staff.Implement approved departmental policies and procedures in a controlled manner.Ensure all departmental reports are prepared timely and accurately per company standards.Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies.Job Specifications:Experience: 8 years in technical maintenance in a fresh dairy plant or similar environmentEducation: Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics
