The Automotive Salesperson will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, responding to inquiries, and providing product recommendations for auto spare parts. Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and closing sales through digital and phone channels. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM or related systems, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. The Automotive Salesperson will also provide after-sales support, handle customer feedback, and contribute to achieving sales targets and overall business growth.QualificationsStrong sales and negotiation skills, with proven ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close deals in a B2B or B2C environment.Good knowledge of automotive spare parts, vehicle systems, or related products, with the ability to match customer needs to appropriate solutions.Excellent communication, active listening, and customer service skills, including clear written and verbal communication in a remote setting.Comfort with digital tools, including CRM platforms, email, online meeting tools, and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations).Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple accounts, follow-ups, and deadlines independently.Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation, accountability, and reliable internet connectivity.Previous experience in automotive sales, spare parts distribution, or industrial trading is preferred but not mandatory.High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.Fluency in English is required; additional language skills relevant to regional markets are a plus.
