ob PurposeResponsible for driving sales of automotive spare parts to wholesalers, workshops, and service centers, building long-term customer relationships, and ensuring consistent revenue growth through daily sales activities, customer follow-up, and effective product/availability positioning.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue GrowthAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for spare parts (fast-moving and key categories).Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base within assigned territories.Increase order size, frequency, and product mix across existing accounts.Business Development (B2B)Prospect and visit potential customers such as wholesalers, garages/workshops, and service centers.Introduce product catalog, pricing, promotions, and key product advantages.Support customer onboarding: account setup, product training (as needed), and procurement process alignment.Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with key buyers and decision-makers (owners, procurement managers, parts managers, workshop foremen).Follow up regularly to convert inquiries into purchase orders.Handle customer concerns professionally (availability, delivery times, pricing, and order accuracy).Order Processing & CoordinationCollect customer requirements (part numbers, vehicle models, brands, quantities, urgency).Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse, and inventory to confirm availability and delivery timelines.Ensure correct quotations and order confirmations are issued on time.Market & Competitive IntelligenceTrack market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demands.Provide weekly insights on best-selling parts, customer feedback, and opportunities for improvement.ReportingSubmit daily/weekly sales reports, visit logs, and pipeline updates. Required QualificationsPrevious experience in automotive spare parts sales (preferred) or B2B sales within the automotive sector.Basic knowledge of automotive spare parts categories (e.g., filters, brakes, engine parts, electrical components, oils/fluids if applicable).Experience dealing with wholesalers, workshops, and service centers is a strong advantage.Strong communication and negotiation skills in dealing with trade customers.Skills & CompetenciesStrong sales skills and ability to build relationships.Customer-focused mindset and professional follow-up.Ability to work independently in the field and manage routes efficiently.Negotiation and problem-solving skills.Computer skills for quotations/orders (e.g., spreadsheets, email, WhatsApp business).Physical & Work Requirements (If applicable)Ability to perform frequent field visits within the assigned territory.Must be able to travel as needed for customer meetings and events.
