VerifierOversee the development and implementation of performance and recruitment systemsEstablish and sustain the VTEC model with strong industry engagement and sustainabilityBuild and maintain solid industrial partnerships to support student employability and curriculum relevanceEnsure compliance with SOPs and drive digital transformation through school systemsCollaborate with the School Counselor and Industry Liaison to support student career pathways and well-beingSupervise the Academic and Administration ManagersEnsure cross-functional coordination across academic, administrative, and student affairsMonitor school-wide performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiativesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (Master's preferred)Professional certifications in school leadership, vocational education, or strategic management are a plusMinimum 8-10 years of experience in educational leadership, preferably in vocational or technical educationProven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale school operationsExperience in building industry partnerships and implementing performance systems
