We are seeking an entry level B2B Corporate Sales Specialist to drive our business-to-business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our comprehensive suite of IT services, including Tailored IT Courses (DevOps, Cloud, SysAdmin), Custom Software & System Development, and Premium Job Placement Solutions to corporate clients, enterprises, and tech companies. Key Responsibilities:Corporate Sales (B2B): Prospect, approach, and close deals with corporate clients to sell tailored training programs for their IT teams and customized programming/system-building solutions.Strategic Partnerships: Establish strategic alliances with companies looking for a reliable pipeline of tech talent through our Job Placement services.Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate accounts to ensure high retention and upselling opportunities.Deal Negotiation: Lead the entire sales cycle—from cold calling and setting up meetings to presenting proposals, negotiating pricing, and closing contracts.Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on the IT market demands, identifying new business opportunities and trends in corporate training and software development. Experience: 0 – 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales —ideally within the IT, Software Development, or EdTech sectors.Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the IT ecosystem (Software Development, Systems, Cloud) to confidently pitch technical solutions to decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, HR Directors).Sales Acumen: Exceptional prospecting, cold-outreach, presentation, and closing skills. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Communication: Fluent in both English and Arabic with elite corporate presentation and writing skills (for drafting technical and financial proposals).Mindset: Results-driven, resilient, and highly organized with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline.Target-Driven Mindset: Ability to work under a target and commission-based system, with a strong motivation to achieve and exceed monthly goals.
