The Senior Sales Agent will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property tours, presenting offerings, negotiating terms, and closing deals. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, following up with potential buyers, and providing tailored guidance to match client needs with available properties. The Senior Sales Agent will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure accurate listing information, timely follow-ups, and a positive customer experience. Daily activities include preparing sales reports, updating CRM systems, staying informed about market trends and competitor projects, and representing the company at events and client meetings.QualificationsProven experience in real estate or property development sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent client relationship management skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and maintaining long-term customer engagement.Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with the ability to handle complex deals and contract discussions.Effective communication skills in English (spoken and written); additional language proficiency is an advantage.Comfort working with CRM and sales management tools, as well as basic proficiency in MS Office or similar applications.Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid, manage time effectively, and handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.Knowledge of local real estate regulations, market dynamics, and property valuation principles is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and customer-focused behavior in all interactions.
