Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in Qesm El Nozha. The Telesales Executive will conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introduce the company’s coaching and learning services, and clearly explain offerings and benefits. The role includes qualifying leads, understanding client needs, and scheduling meetings or follow-up calls for the sales team. The Telesales Executive will maintain accurate records in the CRM system, follow up on warm leads, and work toward daily and monthly sales targets. The role also involves providing courteous customer support, addressing basic inquiries, and collaborating with colleagues to improve call scripts and conversion rates.QualificationsStrong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional phone etiquette.Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver a positive client experience.Lead Generation and Sales skills to qualify prospects, identify opportunities, and work toward closing or advancing deals.Comfort using CRM or call-tracking tools, with the ability to update and manage client data accurately.Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet KPIs and work effectively in a target-driven environment.Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Nozha, collaborate with the sales team, and adapt to feedback and coaching.Previous telesales experience is mandatory; experience in education, training, or learning and development is an advantage.High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
