Bow & Ark is seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to expand our B2B sales activities and build long-term relationships with corporate clients across Egypt.The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium chocolate, confectionery, gifting, and customized branded products to companies, organizations, hotels, banks, and institutions for occasions including employee gifting, client appreciation, seasonal campaigns, events, conferences, and promotional activities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow corporate sales opportunities across multiple industries.Identify and acquire new corporate customers through prospecting, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.Present gifting solutions and customized product offerings to potential clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers including HR, Marketing, Procurement, Administration, and Executive Management teams.Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of customized orders.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through order fulfillment and payment collection.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.Maintain accurate records of opportunities, quotations, and customer interactions.Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings to generate new opportunities.Support the development of new corporate gifting concepts and business opportunities.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, business development, hospitality sales, gifting sales, events sales, or related fields.Proven track record in generating new business and achieving sales targets.Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to communicate confidently with senior decision-makers.Experience in preparing commercial proposals and quotations.Valid driving license is preferred.Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.What We OfferCompetitive salary.Attractive sales incentive scheme.Career growth opportunities.Opportunity to work with a growing and innovative company serving premium corporate clients.
