Its services include preventive and corrective maintenance, roadside breakdown support, qualified technical teams, and customized fleet maintenance solutions.The company is focused on building long-term partnerships with corporate clients while maintaining high standards of safety, service quality, compliance, responsiveness, and operational delivery.Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach companies, factories, logistics providers, transportation businesses, and other organizations that own or manage vehicle fleets.Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, referrals, networking, and market research.Conduct frequent outdoor visits to corporate locations, factories, industrial areas, and client sites.Arrange meetings with key decision-makers, including business owners, fleet managers, operations managers, procurement teams, and administration managers.Understand each client’s fleet size, vehicle types, maintenance needs, operational challenges, and current service arrangements.Present preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, roadside assistance, and fleet maintenance management solutions.Position the company as a reliable, long-term fleet maintenance partner.Prepare and present quotations, commercial proposals, service packages, and maintenance agreements.Manage the complete sales process from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and contract closure.Negotiate pricing, service terms, and contract conditions while protecting the company’s commercial interests.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and client-acquisition targets.Maintain an active and organized pipeline of potential clients.Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing corporate clients.Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to assess client requirements and ensure a smooth service handover.Support contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.Maintain accurate records of client visits, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and sales activities.Submit regular pipeline updates, sales reports, and field-visit reports.Represent the company professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and industry activities.Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.3–4 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, field sales, or business development.Proven experience in approaching corporate clients, generating qualified leads, and closing business contracts.Experience selling services or business solutions to companies and factories.Previous experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, automotive services, logistics, transportation, industrial services, or a related sector is highly preferred.Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and corporate purchasing processes.Willingness and ability to spend approximately 80% of working time outdoors and at client locations.Comfortable conducting frequent field visits to companies, factories, industrial areas, and client sites.Target-driven, self-motivated, proactive, and persistent.Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal teams.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Experience using CRM systems or sales-tracking tools is preferred.Good command of spoken and written Arabic and English.
