Rimo Tours Group is expanding Rimo Global, our all-in-one B2B travel distribution platform enabling travel agencies and corporates to book hotels, transportation, and activities worldwide through a single, seamless system.We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager with a proven track record in travel distribution and strong experience selling to retail travel agencies (B2A) and/or corporate accounts.What You’ll DoThis role combines new business acquisition and key account growth. You will build a strong pipeline, onboard partners, drive activation, and increase booking volume across our multi-product inventory.Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire and onboard travel agencies, DMCs, and corporate travel accountsPresent and position Rimo Global as a competitive multi-product alternative to leading B2B platformsDrive partner activation and improve booking performance post-onboardingBuild and execute account growth plans across hotels + transfers + activitiesNegotiate commercial terms, promotions, credit/payment structures where applicableTrack and report key KPIs (pipeline, sign-ups, activation rate, booking volume, margin, retention)Coordinate with product, operations, and supply teams to improve conversion and competitivenessConduct regular partner visits and training sessionsRepresent Rimo Global at industry events and networking activitiesRequirementsStrong B2B travel sales background with relevant distribution/wholesale/platform experienceProven experience selling to travel agencies (must) and/or corporates (plus)Solid understanding of B2B travel platform dynamics:agency onboarding and activationpricing/markup/margin fundamentalspromotions and commercial leversStrong negotiation, pipeline management, and relationship-building skillsComfortable with CRM-based sales executionExcellent EnglishHighly PreferredExperience with B2B regional platformsExisting network of active travel agenciesExperience scaling multi-product platforms (not hotels-only)What Success Looks LikeConsistent growth in new agency sign-upsHigh activation rate and fast time-to-first-bookingIncreasing wallet share across hotels, transfers, and activitiesStrong retention and measurable revenue growth from key accountsWhat We OfferA high-impact role in a fast-growing B2B platformCompetitive package + performance-based incentivesThe opportunity to shape market strategy and expansion plans
