We serve travel agencies and corporate partners with multi-product inventory, including hotels, transportation, and activities.We are currently hiring a Hotel Operations Executive to manage daily hotel bookings, confirmations, stop sales, and system updates to ensure smooth and accurate delivery for our B2B partners.Role SummaryYou will be responsible for handling hotel reservations end-to-end: securing confirmation numbers, updating statuses on the system, following up on stop sales & availability changes, and ensuring accurate documentation and communication with suppliers and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle hotel bookings and secure confirmation numbersFollow up with hotels and supplier channels on availability and urgent casesMonitor and update stop sales, release periods, and booking cut-offsUpload and update booking confirmations on the system accuratelyCoordinate with Contracting & Loading teams to resolve rate/availability discrepanciesMaintain clear records for all communications and booking status updatesSupport escalation handling for overbookings, last-minute changes, and special requestsEnsure operational SLAs and response times are metRequirementsMinimum 1 year experience in hotel operations(Hotels, B2B systems, wholesalers/bedbanks, or travel agencies experience is required)Previous exposure to platforms like WebBeds / Hotelbeds / RateHawk / TBO / Rezlive (preferred)Strong understanding of hotel operations terms:confirmation, stop sale, allotment, release, cancellation policiesExcellent English (written & spoken)Strong attention to detail and fast follow-up disciplineComfortable working with systems and daily operational reportingAbility to work under pressure and handle urgent booking volumesNice to HaveExperience handling multi-destination booking flowsBasic Excel/Google Sheets proficiencyFamiliarity with B2B hotel distribution logic
