Nok Human Capital is hiring: B2B Sales Representative📍 Location: Sheikh Zayed🏢 Company: Soul & MoreSoul & More is looking for a dynamic and motivated B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team in the skincare & cosmetics industry.🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Identify and acquire new dealers to expand the business network• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and dealers• Monitor dealer performance and sales targets• Follow up on payments and overdue accounts• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports• Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, and Marketing teams• Support dealers with operational and after-sales needs• Enhance brand visibility and product placement in the market🔹 Requirements:• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably skincare/cosmetics)• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field• Strong communication and negotiation skills• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel• Intermediate English level• Energetic, flexible, and target-driven personality• Willingness to work outdoor and in-office🔹 Job Details:• Full-time position• 8 working hours/day• Outdoor & office-based role (Sheikh Zayed)• 1–2 days off per week• 1-year renewable contract💰 Compensation & Benefits:• Fixed Salary• Commission• Medical & social insurance• Transportation support (inside Cairo/Giza & other governorates)• Performance-based bonus (1–3 months)If you’re passionate about sales and business development, we’d love to hear from you!
