Senior Accountant

Job Description:Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Accountant to lead daily accounting operations across multiple BPO and payroll service accounts. The role will supervise a team of four junior accountants and ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and timely financial closing.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, mentor, and review the work of four junior accountants.Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger activities.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Review payroll accounting entries and client reconciliations.Manage accounting transactions and reporting through Odoo ERP.Lead month-end closing and bank and intercompany reconciliations.Ensure compliance with Egyptian accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit requirements.Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including team supervision.Strong experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, AP, and AR.Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Knowledge of Egyptian tax and accounting regulations.Payroll accounting or outsourcing experience is preferred.Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
