We are hiring a Marketing Manager – Religious Tourism (Hajj & Umrah)Location: El Sheikh Zayed, Cairo, Egypt (On-site)Department: Religious TourismEmployment Type: Full-Time, Rotational Shift (8 hours/day, 1 day off)Benefits: Social Insurance & Mobile Allowance IncludedJob Purpose:Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive sales growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition for Hajj, Umrah, and Religious Tourism programs.Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute annual marketing strategies and budgets tailored for Hajj and Umrah programs.Digital Campaign Management: Oversee and optimize high-performing digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and other social media platforms to drive lead generation.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a small, high-performing marketing team (3 subordinates) to meet departmental KPIs.Partnership Development: Build and maintain strategic B2B relationships with agents, sub-agents, and corporate partners.Content & Branding: Direct content creation, branding initiatives, and the production of promotional materials.Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and customer acquisition metrics, preparing monthly performance dashboards for management.Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align closely with Operations and Sales teams to maximize booking conversions and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.Job Requirements:Experience:Minimum 5–8 years of overall experience in Marketing.Mandatory: Minimum 3 years of specialized experience in Religious Tourism Marketing (Hajj & Umrah).Proven track record in digital campaign management with measurable lead generation and customer acquisition results.Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism Management, Commerce, or a related field.Certifications (Preferred): Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Marketing, or TourismMarketing certifications.Skills & Competencies:Advanced computer proficiency and deep knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and Canva/Adobe Creative Suite.Deep, thorough understanding of the Egyptian Religious Tourism market.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Language: Very Good command of English.Target Industries:Religious Tourism Companies / Hajj & Umrah OperatorsTravel Agencies & Hospitality/Destination Management Companies (DMCs)
