The B2B Sales team member will engage with business customers, present furniture solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to order close. Responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, conducting in-person visits, preparing quotations, and following up on leads to build a strong client pipeline. The role involves coordinating with internal teams on product availability, delivery schedules, and after-sales support to ensure a positive customer experience. The team member will also maintain accurate sales records, support basic product training for clients, and contribute to achieving revenue and growth targets.Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with business clients and internal teams.Customer Service and client relationship-building skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support repeat business.Proven Sales abilities in B2B environments, with experience in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.Training and Sales Management skills to support product presentations, client onboarding, and coordination of sales activities.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt and conduct regular client visits.Basic understanding of furniture or interior solutions is an advantage.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and meet sales targets.Comfort using CRM tools or spreadsheets for tracking leads, opportunities, and sales performance.Previous experience in B2B sales, retail, or a related commercial role is preferred.
