Backend engineer.Python Django experience is required; PostgreSQL is also required. Fintech experience is preferred. Faculty of Engineering education is preferred.• Build and maintain scalable backend services using Python, Django, and PostgreSQL• Design and integrate APIs, payment flows, and third-party fintech integrations• Optimise database performance, security, and reliability across the platform• Collaborate with frontend, product, and operations teams to deliver new features• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code in a fast-paced startup environment• Support infrastructure, deployments, and monitoring of production systems
