Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English & French), based in Qesm El Maadi with some remote work flexibility. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information in both English and French. Your day-to-day tasks include managing customer communications via various channels, documenting interactions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing their needs promptly and effectively. QualificationsFluency in both English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively and empathetically.Experience with call center operations, ticketing systems, and CRM software is a plus.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to learn new tools and technologies.Self-motivation with the ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.Experience in customer service, preferably in a bilingual capacity, is preferred but not required.High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
