Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Customer Support Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in Egypt. In this role, you will assist customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless experience. Tasks include delivering exceptional customer support, enhancing customer satisfaction, offering technical guidance, analyzing recurring issues, and maintaining excellent communication with clients to build trust and loyalty. Qualifications Proven expertise in Customer Support and achieving Customer SatisfactionStrong Interpersonal and Communication Skills to build and maintain positive client relationshipsBasic Technical Support skills for troubleshooting simple issues and addressing customer concernsAnalytical Skills to identify patterns, address root causes of problems, and improve customer support processesProficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spokenAbility to work on-site in Egypt with flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededPrevious experience in financial technology or similar industries is a plus
