We are hiring a BIM Coordinator with the following qualifications and responsibilities:Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.• 8–12 years of relevant experience.• Proficiency in BIM software is mandatory, including Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and related platforms.• Candidates who are available for immediate joining will be preferred.Key Responsibilities• Combine and manage discipline-specific models (architectural, structural, MEP, etc.) into a federated BIM model.• Ensure compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project standards, and naming conventions.• Coordinate model integration and support interdisciplinary collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.Skills• Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering quality results.• Good communication and coordination skills.
