Role Summary: The BIM Manager will be responsible for the overall BIM strategy, implementation, and management across large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects. This is a leadership role requiring a mix of high-level technical expertise and strategic management. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Leadership: Develop and enforce the corporate BIM standards and workflows across all departments. BIM Execution Plan (BEP): Author and manage comprehensive BEPs for complex industrial projects. Project Oversight: Oversee the entire BIM lifecycle from conceptual design to facility management. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of BIM Coordinators and Modelers, ensuring high-quality delivery. Clash Resolution: Facilitate high-level interdisciplinary coordination meetings to resolve complex design conflicts. R&D: Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies (Digital Twins, 4D/5D BIM) to maintain the firm’s competitive edge.
