Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to manage and support HR operations in Egypt. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in HR processes, be familiar with systems such as GOSI , and be comfortable handling tracking sheets and employee data. A strong willingness to learn and grow is essential. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee records Manage HR systems and ensure accurate data entry (including GOSI ) Oversee recruitment activities (screening, coordination, follow-ups) Maintain and update HR tracking sheets and reports Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations Prepare HR reports and basic analytics Act as a main point of contact for employee-related queries Requirements 2–4 years of experience in HR or HR operations Hands-on experience with GOSI or similar HR/payroll systems Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (tracking & reporting) High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Good communication skills in Arabic & English Fast learner with a proactive mindset
