BIM Specialist/Digital Practice Engineer

Learn more at www.dar.com.Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and visionary BIM Specialist/Digital Practice Engineer to engage on BIM processes implementation for design projects. The ideal candidate have technical expertise in design, proven experience in BIM related practices, and Programing skillsResponsibilities:Initiate the BIM kick-off of the project with project team, prepares and submit the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in accordance with the project’s BIM requirements in addition to managing other BIM deliverables such as (MIDP, Clash matrix, etc…)and ensures BIM compliance with the client’s BIM standards.Coordinates with different teams for the setup and management of the Common Data Environment (CDE )Manage and Lead the coordination process of the entire project between different stakeholders and ensures coordination and collaboration is maintained.Perform visual checking on the federated model and share major issues with the affected stakeholdersEnsures the compliance with the Employers BIM requirements through QAQC procedures to ensure the data quality of the submitted models.Requirements:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture/ Electrical/Civil Engineering .Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a design/Construction with at least 3 years of BIM implementation.Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D and other design and visualization tools.Proficiency in Dynamo, Grasshopper and Power BI is a plus.Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and construction methodologies.Good understanding of Information Management according to ISO19650 standards and requirements. Certification is a plus.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.Experience in implementing 4D is a plus.Experience with BIM 360, Autodesk construction cloudKnowledge with different specifications/classifications systems (Uniformat, Uniclass, Masterformat)Experience in visualization platform ( Lumion, Enscape, …)** While we carefully review all applications, only candidates meeting the specified requirements will be contacted for further consideration.
